Swim Lessons

We signed Madeline up for swim lessons again this year, and she is loving it more than ever! This little girl is a FISH! The smile never comes off of her face once those toes hit the water. Amazing to see how big she looks compared to last year's swim lessons!

Where are Madeline and Daddy?!

There they are!

Having a blast!

Being in the water is the BEST!

These two have so much fun together!

Cousins

This is the first time all three cousins got together! So exciting! I cannot wait to see these guys grow up, and how their friendships develop. It's going to be an amazing ride.

Emily, 13 months, Madeline, 27 months, Timothy, 8 days.
Madeline actually looks pretty concerned about Timothy doesn't she?

Madeline giving Timothy extra lovin'.

All of the cousins watching TV, I have a feeling we will be able to capture this photo pretty easily over the next few years. Ha.

Me and my Nephew

Love. Need I say more?

Look at that yawn and those sweet little toes! Love him.

Aunt Amanda is the best, remember that. Ha. I kid, I kid. But really...

Yummo!

Madeline loves to help feed the doggies at home, and it was no surprise that she wanted to help when it came to Annie and Winston!

We also made one of my Grandma's famous sticky buns! Sooooo amazing!

Multitasking

Doing what all mommies do. Taking care of baby, while talking on the phone, and cleaning up the house. Amazing how early we learn this. Ha.

Hiya Baby Timothy!

This is about the extent of Madeline's interest in Timothy. Oh well, they will grow to love each other, I know it. ;)

Playdate with Alevia Marie!

Alevia Marie and her grandparents came over one day to meet baby Timothy! You've never seen two girls, so shy with each other one minute, and then the next running around like they've been best friends forever. It was completely adorable. I think we have to schedule another playdate next time we are in town!

They played...

They chatted...

And played some more...you know, girlfriend stuff :)
It's like they knew our families had a history of of this (30 years +)!

Richmond Children's Museum

My apologies for lack of blogging. Once we returned from Richmond, we had a hectic week of work, and then this past week, Madeline got hit with a one-two-punch...Stomach bug, on Sunday, followed by a nasty cold virus. Mommy also was lucky enough to receive the stomach bug...lovely. So, I am finally trying to catch up on ALL of my photos from the week in Richmond. Brace your selves, lots of photos to come!

One of the many things we did while visiting baby Timothy, was head to a Children's Museum! It's not quite as big as the one we went to this summer, but plenty of fun stuff to keep Madeline busy for hours. I think I loved it just as much! This time we were lucky enough to have Uncle Mark and Grandma Ayres come with us!

Saying hello to Nemo, who Madeline affectionately calls "Elmo," and yes, Elmo is also called "Elmo," and Dory. Grandma spoiled Madeline with a stuffed Nemo before leaving.
Life. Was. Goooooood!

Picking berries! Kind of remindeds you of the smurfs, no? Okay, maybe it's just me.

The QUEEN and her THRONE! Now if only we could get her to use the "other" throne. *sigh*

Fun with water!

Building with Uncle Mark.

Playing in the "sand."

Slide time.

We even got to ride a train! So fantastic!

And feed a cow! This place had everything!

Climb the "rock wall."

Plant the carrots, to feed to the cow, which Madeline quickly kicked out of the ground like a soccer ball. Quite hilarious actually.

Miss. Maya

I guess you could say photography is really becoming a hobby of mine. Yesterday I got to photograph one of our good friends new baby girl, Maya. She was wide awake for most of the photos, but finally snoozed toward the end. Beautiful. It was so much fun, can't wait to find my next subject :) And thank you to Miss. Maya for allowing me to capture these moments.

Photos with big Sister and big Brother. Kisses are the best!

Sweet baby Timothy

I couldn't resist snapping a few fun photos of my little nephew before we left the other day...He is too cute for words! More photos to come, obviously, from our visit later.

First day home from the hospital...snoozing the day away.

Sweet little toes.

Hat from Auntie Amanda.

He was Wide awake!

Did I mention...

How incredibly adorable my nephew is? Check out the latest picture we got today.

Timothy and his crowning glory.
Love him, Love him to pieces.

I finally got to toast to my new nephew last night! I saved one bottle of champagne from Sarah's baby shower so I could toast him or her when he or she arrived, and last night, I toasted to my gorgeous nephew! I could not be happier.

Great Weather for a Christmas Celebration!

We had great weather for one of the days we were in West Virginia, it got up to a balmy 64! Wahooo! It was perfect weather for Madeline to get out and try out two of her new gifts from Mamaw and Papaw, a new Radio Flyer Tricycle and sidewalk chalk! We had a blast enjoying the great weather and the new toys! Thanks again for everything Mamaw and Papaw!

Madeline hopped on the minute Papaw and Daddy had it together.

Racing around the house with mommy.

Outside for some fun with sidewalk chalk!

Hello my name is Madeline, and I like to do drawings (said in english accent)...

The family that draws together, stays together...right?

Trying out the new tricycle...her feet are about half and inch shy of actually hitting the petals, but by sprint time it will be perfect!

Getting some help from Mamaw.

Concentrating.

My attempt at a family photo. Yeah right.
